Hi I am Debby Costanza owner and operator of Hair Lines Day Spa located in Liberty. I have been a hair dresser in Liberty for over 20 years. Hair Lines has just celebrated it's 10th year anniversary as well as a huge expansion to our facility and we have a large variety of services that we are excited to share with you.
